Need digestive support?

Want to avoid conventional drugs and pills and use natural remedies and kitchen aids to support better digestion? This course will guide you in using natural herbal medicines to support common gut issues such as gas, bloating, acid reflux, hemorrhoids, irritable bowels, gallstone pain, yeast infections, lactose intolerance, and common stomach "blah" so you can feel healthy again.

How do herbs help?

If you're like many of my clients or students, you've tried many options to address your digestive issues, and they leave you feeling... worse?

Many people come to natural remedies such as herbal medicines because they're fed up with conventional methods such as antibiotics, surgery or pills. This course will teach you about herbal alternatives and share ways you can use safe, reliable and gentle herbs daily in your kitchen so that you approach digestive health from an effective and natural method.

In this course, you'll learn how to address common digestive issues (even when they affect other parts of the body, such as a rash on the skin or cardiovascular weakness). You'll learn about 7 categories of herbs and how they work in the body. You'll get guidance on creating a variety of herbal remedies that are simple and inexpensive and that you can make in your own kitchen with common ingredients.

You'll also get 2 colorful, packed-with-information e-books and helpful printable resources to help you make a plan to use herbs specific to your own needs.

Stomach and digestive issues are among the most common reasons people use herbal remedies.

How can you expect to relieve symptoms when you don't have the tools you need? This course provides charts, guidance, video webinars and e-books that will help you identify the remedies that will work best for you, and how to use them on a regular basis.

You'll learn how to use bitter herbs, laxative herbs, and other herbs in a safe and gentle manner. You'll also learn how to make basic and easy recipes that you can return to again and again, creating a "bank" of delicious and effective herbal remedies specific to YOUR NEEDS.

You'll finish the course feeling much more confident about how to use and blend herbs and you'll have the basis you need to get started. For healing arts professionals, you'll discover how herbs address digestion specifically and how they fit into your clinical practice based on their chemical actions.
