My coaching is for leaders of small to medium companies that are passion-driven. The ideal company size is 5-30 employees though I strive to support all leaders. I work with leaders and brands from around the world (I am located in the US Eastern Coast), especially women leaders and those launching or leading a purpose-driven company.

My three packages support Startups, Product Launches, and experienced brands looking to pivot or change.

My packages are customizable and generally begin with 12 1-hour (50-clinical minute) sessions package and can be expanded from there. 

Yes. I encourage scheduling your business partner or 1 executive team member to participate in all business-related sessions, at no extra charge.

When you're seeking mentorship or more personalized guidance for career and business, I suggest individualized sessions in addition to the partner sessions. I am keenly aware of the importance of individual leader coaching with an impartial ear. To this end, I encourage a mix of both individual and team sessions.

I strive to support small to medium businesses, therefore I work to keep coaching prices affordable. These are an investment in your business and your future and I work with ambitious brands who are eager to move forward.

My coaching packages start at $2,500. This includes substantial 1-hour sessions scheduled on a weekly basis, spread across 3 or 4 months depending on the goals.

Additional coaching and deeper, more intensive or longer-term VIP packages are available upon request.

You won't be sharing your coaching time. Instead, you'll get targeted and specific coaching and results.

Holly has 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, launching and selling businesses. Her work includes publishing 8 books in three languages, lecturing internationally, serving as executive director for nonprofits, managing finance and budgets, launching new products and services especially in the natural & organic product industry, strategic planning and business plan development; project management; and teaching empowerment skills that move a person ahead in their life and business. She has been awarded two Business Owner of the Year Awards and a Nonprofit of the Year Award, nominated on the basis of innovation and financial management.

Holly's experience in CPG (consumer packaged goods), natural and organic businesses, and course-and-curriculum development, along with directing an online curriculum school, public speaking, team building, authorship and working with publishers, drive her work with leaders.

Holly holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration in Environmental Policy, a nonprofit finance certificate (Cornell), a corporate social responsibility (CSR) certificate (London Business School, and an Impact Measurement and Management of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals certificate (Duke University).
