Herbal Healing Courses

Each course is different. The beginner courses are around 3-5 hours of video instruction. The CEU-approved certificate course Herbs for the Brain takes about 16 hours. And the Herbal Medicine FOUNDATIONS program takes roughly 6 months and counts toward 96-hours of coursework for the RH at the American Herbalist Guild.

Currently, the Herbs for the Brain Certificate Course is approved for 13 hours of CEUs. Here are the details:

Acupuncture: This course has been approved by the California Acupuncture Board, provider #1840, for 13 hours of continuing education (Category 1).

Nursing: This course meets the requirements of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing, at 244 CMR 5.00 for 13 contact hours.

Herbalists: This course provides 13 hours toward a registered herbalist application with the American Herbalist Guild.

Yes, all of our curricula is online, on-demand (asynchronous) to support at-home study. Most courses includes video webinars, digital student materials, and many resources.
