Are you a clinician supporting brain and mental health? These 6 resources will help you safely and effectively integrate herbal therapies into your practice.

Too few health care practitioners are trained to use herbal medicines.

I hear it from colleagues all the time:

"My patients are using herbs but I don't know how to support them."

"Acupuncture school taught me a little about Oriental medicine but not about Western herbs."

"Nursing school taught us that herbs are unsafe or ineffective."

"How can I integrate herbs for my clients safely?"

"I know there are herbs that support brain and mental health but I don't know how to use them"

Unfortunately, many people want to use natural healing methods such as herbal remedies but they don't know how to do it safely. They expect their doctors, nurses, acupuncturists, and therapists to KNOW about herbs so they can recommend the best approach.

And the professionals are left... wondering. Or searching the internet. Or avoiding herbs altogether ... thereby risking safety, efficacy and understanding.

There is a better way!

"This toolkit and the Herbs for the Brain Course are the result of my 30+ years supporting health and well-being through herbs.

I appreciate that there is no one-size-fits-all approach, and I know that health care professionals can successfully improve patient brain and mental health using herbs. Integrative medicine has come a long way since I began studying botanical therapeutics in the 1990s... I'm happy to share up-to-date and current research backing thousands of years of tradition in using herbs for health."
